# Full-Time AI Systems & Agent Specialist

**Position:** Full-Time
**Work Type:** Remote
**Monthly Salary:** **$500 to $2,000 USD per month**, depending on your experience, skill level, and ability to produce results.

## About the Role

I’m looking for someone to work directly with me full-time as an **AI Systems & Agent Specialist**.

This is **not a developer position**.

I am not primarily looking for a software engineer, junior developer, or traditional programmer.

The most important thing is that you are **exceptionally strong with AI** and understand how to use modern LLMs and AI tools to build useful workflows, agents, systems, and automations that produce real business results.

If you also know Python, JavaScript, APIs, or have some development or engineering experience, that is valuable. But those skills are secondary.

First and foremost, I need someone who deeply understands how to work with AI.

## What I’m Really Looking For

You should be highly comfortable with things like:

- Claude and Claude Code
- ChatGPT and other major LLMs
- Different AI models and when to use each one
- AI agents
- Agentic workflows
- Prompt design
- Context windows
- Tokens
- Model costs
- Tool use
- APIs
- AI coding tools
- Automation platforms
- Long-running workflows
- Connecting different tools and systems together
- Testing different models and approaches
- Researching new AI tools
- Staying current with what is happening in AI

I’m looking for someone who understands how these systems actually work and can use them strategically.

You should be able to look at a business problem and think:

**“How can we use AI, agents, workflows, or automation to solve this?”**

Then work directly with me to turn that idea into something usable.

## What You Would Actually Do

I will work directly with you on ideas, problems, workflows, and systems I want to improve.

Sometimes I may give you a detailed brief.

Other times I may simply explain a problem and ask you to help figure out the best way to solve it.

Your job would be to help turn those ideas into real systems that produce outcomes.

That could include:

- Building AI agents
- Creating agentic workflows
- Automating repetitive business processes
- Building research systems
- Creating internal AI tools
- Connecting different software together
- Building workflows around LLMs
- Testing different AI models
- Improving prompts and AI instructions
- Comparing model accuracy, speed, and cost
- Building systems that analyze information and make recommendations
- Automating manual processes
- Creating tools that help our team work faster
- Researching new AI technology and figuring out how we can use it
- Taking an idea and turning it into a working process

The goal is not to write code for the sake of writing code.

The goal is to **use AI to solve real problems and improve the business**.

## Development Experience

Development experience is helpful, but it is **not the main requirement**.

You do not need to be a professional developer.

If you have experience with things like:

- Python
- JavaScript
- APIs
- Databases
- Scripts
- Web applications
- Automation tools
- Basic engineering

that is a strong bonus.

You simply need enough technical understanding to work with AI tools, connect systems, troubleshoot problems, and help build solutions.

## The Type of Person I’m Looking For

I’m looking for someone who is:

- Extremely curious about AI
- Hungry to learn
- Resourceful
- A strong problem solver
- Comfortable asking questions
- Able to think critically
- Able to challenge bad ideas
- Able to work independently
- Focused on producing results
- Reliable
- Good at communicating progress
- Comfortable testing and experimenting
- Willing to keep working through a problem until it is solved

I currently work with a team of more than 20 people, so communication and accountability are very important.

I need someone who can communicate what they are working on, explain what is blocked, ask good questions, and follow through.

## I Do Not Want AI Slop

This is very important.

I am not looking for someone who simply asks an AI a question, copies the answer, and sends it back to me.

You need to actually think.

AI should be a tool you use to make yourself more capable, not a replacement for judgment.

I expect you to:

- Question AI outputs
- Check whether something actually works
- Test your ideas
- Ask questions when something is unclear
- Recognize when the AI is wrong
- Improve weak outputs
- Think through edge cases
- Recommend better approaches when you see them
- Focus on the final outcome, not just completing a task

## Communication & Working Hours

Fluent spoken English is **not required**.

However, you must be able to communicate clearly with me through written messaging, primarily through **Microsoft Teams**.

AI and translation tools can be used when necessary.

You also need to have some consistent availability during **U.S. Eastern Time**.

Ideally, you should have a dependable overlap somewhere between:

**5:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time**

You do not need to work that entire window.

For example, being available from **5:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Time**, or having several reliable hours of overlap during that period, could work well.

You can complete other work outside of those hours.

The important thing is that we have a consistent daily window where we can communicate, discuss ideas, ask questions, and keep projects moving.

## Full-Time Commitment

This is a **full-time position**.

I’m looking for someone who wants this to be their primary job and who is interested in growing into a long-term role.

I’m not looking for someone managing several other full-time jobs at the same time.

My goal is to eventually have this person become a trusted **right-hand person for AI, agents, workflows, automation, systems, and emerging technology**.

## Who This Role Could Be Great For

This could be a strong fit for someone who:

- Is obsessed with AI and spends significant time experimenting with it
- Uses Claude, ChatGPT, and other models regularly
- Has built agents, workflows, automations, or AI-powered systems
- Has some technical or engineering background
- Has light development experience but is much stronger in AI
- Is self-taught and has built impressive things with AI
- Is early in their career but extremely hungry
- Learns quickly
- Likes figuring things out
- Wants to work directly with someone on real business problems

I care much more about **how well you understand AI, how you think, what you can build, and whether you produce results** than your degree, job title, or years of traditional development experience.

## Salary

The monthly salary for this position will be between:

**$300 and $1,000 USD per month**
