IN-HOUSE VIDEO EDITOR
Instagram Ads & Creative Content
We're looking for an in-house Video Editor to create highly edited, story-driven Instagram/Facebook ads for our clients, plus occasional talking-head content for me.

This is not a basic Reels editing role. We want someone who understands storytelling, pacing, retention, sound design, and creative direction — not someone who simply adds captions and transitions.

What you'll do
Edit 1–2 videos/day, depending on complexityCreate highly edited Instagram/Facebook adsEdit talking-head and short-form contentFollow creative direction and bring your own creative ideasUse B-roll, motion graphics, sound design, VFX, and AI visuals when appropriateCommunicate progress and meet deadlines
Requirements
Strong short-form/ad editing experienceProficient in Premiere Pro or After EffectsStrong understanding of storytelling and pacingProficient with HiggsfieldCapCut is not our preferred editing softwareAble to work independently and take creative directionLooking for stable, long-term workReliable communication and internet
