ABOUT US

We are Ecom Creative Team, building FEMURE:
Natural solutions for women who’ve tried everything.

We create performance ads for the US and German markets. We work weekends as part of our normal schedule. This is a flexible 20-hour role with weekend availability required.

THE ROLE

Turn Creative Strategist briefs into ads that stop attention and drive action. You receive the angle, script and references. You own the visual execution and work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit UGC, AI and direct-response ads
• Create strong hooks and opening variations
• Improve pacing, retention and calls to action
• Create AI scenes, voiceovers, captions, music and sound design
• Choose visuals independently
• Deliver fast drafts and implement feedback
• Organize work in Google Drive and Notion

German ad experience is not required. We provide translated briefs. Foreign-language content experience is a bonus.
