JOB OVERVIEW

Sicuro Fashion is a Swedish marketplace for second-hand designer fashion. We are hiring TWO part-time Customer Support Agents.

THE ROLE
Our support system is AI-first: an AI assistant answers many customer messages on its own. You handle the conversations it passes to a person. You answer the simple ones yourself — order status, how returns work, refunds, login codes, how the platform works. For anything unusual (an angry customer, a denied return, a dispute), you write a clear case report in our Slack support channel, and we tell you what to reply. You never make money decisions yourself.

LANGUAGE
You work in English. Customers write in Swedish, but our support system translates everything: their messages appear in English, and your replies are sent in Swedish. You do not need to speak Swedish.

SCHEDULE
3 days a week, never on Sundays. Each working day has two one-hour check-ins:
- Morning: between 08:00 and 11:00 Swedish time
- Afternoon: between 14:00 and 17:00 Swedish time
In Philippine time that is 14:00–17:00 and 20:00–23:00 from late March to late October, and 15:00–18:00 and 21:00–24:00 for the rest of the year.

PAY
$7 USD per hour. Each check-in is paid as a full hour, even if the queue is empty and you are done in 15 minutes. That is 6 paid hours a week, about $42 a week.

WHAT WE NEED
- Strong written English
- Reliability: being there at the agreed times matters more than speed
- A computer and a stable internet connection
- Comfortable with Slack or a similar tool
- Customer support experience is a plus, not a requirement
