JOB OVERVIEW

Build the pipelines that turn AI into publishable video and image content at volume.

ABOUT US
We are a content creation and online coaching business. This is not a one-off "make me an AI video" gig. You build the repeatable pipeline that outputs on-brand AI content at scale, and you keep the quality high.

We are hiring for multiple positions. Full-time and part-time both welcome.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run AI content pipelines: text-to-video, image generation, automated editing
- Integrate generative media APIs and tools into batch systems
- Keep output quality consistent; kill the tells that make AI content look cheap
- Automate the boring parts: captioning, resizing, formatting, delivery

MUST HAVE
- Hands-on with generative media tools / APIs (e.g. Runway, Kling, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs)
- Python
- ffmpeg
- A real eye for what looks good vs obviously AI

NICE TO HAVE
- Short-form / UGC-style content experience
- Prompt engineering for media
- Cost control on generation
- Built a content pipeline that ran unattended

PAY: Up to PHP 30,000/month (full-time), based on skill. Part-time pro-rated.

HOW WE HIRE
