**About Us**

We are EVERGREEN ADS, a UK-based performance marketing agency with a remote team in the Philippines. We run paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for health, wellness and quiz funnel products. We are growing and need a video editor who can make ads that get clicks and sales.

**What You Will Do**

- Edit short video ads for Meta (mostly 15 to 60 seconds, vertical 9:16 and square 1:1)
- Make videos for health, wellness and quiz funnel offers
- Use AI tools every day (AI voiceover, AI b-roll, AI avatars, auto captions, script tools). We are an AI-first team, so this is a must.
- Create strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
- Add captions, text overlays, sound and pacing that keep people watching
- Make many versions of one ad (different hooks, different lengths) so we can test them
- Work with our media buyers and use ad results to make the next video better

**What We Need From You**

- 2+ years of video editing for ads (not just YouTube or vlogs)
- Real experience with Meta ads. You know what a good ad looks like and why it works.
- You understand conversion. You know what a hook, a CTA and a retention curve are.
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements or quiz funnel ads is a big plus
- Comfortable with AI video tools
- Good English (written)
- Fast, reliable and organised. You meet deadlines.

**Software You Can Use**

You can use any of these. Pick the ones you are best at:

- Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut (Desktop or Pro), DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro
- Motion and effects: Adobe After Effects (nice to have, not required)
- AI voice: ElevenLabs
- AI avatars and UGC: HeyGen, Arcads, Captions
- AI video and b-roll: Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Sora
- AI images: Midjourney, Nano Banana, Ideogram
- Captions: CapCut auto captions, Submagic, Captions app
- Design: Canva, Photoshop

We will give you access to the paid AI tools we use. If you already have your own accounts, that is a plus.

**Computer Specs (Minimum)**

Video editing needs a strong computer. Please make sure you have at least:

- Processor: Intel i5 (10th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 series or newer), or Apple M1
- RAM: 16 GB (32 GB is better)
- Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 1650 or better (not needed for Apple M1 or newer)
- Storage: 512 GB SSD (not HDD)
- Internet: at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, stable connection
- Backup power or internet if you have brownouts in your area

**Pay**

- Full-time: starting from $1,000 per month, with room to grow based on results
- Or per video: paid per finished ad, if you prefer project-based work
- Paid on time, every time
