JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a reliable, growth-minded Admin Assistant to support our team with phone-based client coordination and day-to-day admin work.

What you'll do:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients and vendors in clear, professional English.
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and email correspondence.
- Keep organized records, track tasks, and update our systems daily.
- Support the team with research, data entry, and general admin.

What we require:
- Fluent English with a clear speaking voice (phone support is the core of this role).
- Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet space to take calls.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- A genuine hunger to learn and grow (this is entry-level; we train the right person).
- Dependable, coachable, and takes ownership - no coasting.
- Full-time Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 PM US Central, and this must be your only job.

Nice to have: prior phone/customer-support or admin experience.
