JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon UK Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-margin, profitable products for Amazon FBA from UK retailers, wholesalers, cash & carry suppliers, and local distributors.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Sourcing: Identify high-demand, profitable products using SellerAmp SAS, Keepa, and manual sourcing techniques.
• Financial & Data Analysis: Accurately calculate Net Profit, ROI, Profit Margins, Amazon FBA fees, UK VAT, and estimated shipping costs.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze Keepa charts, Buy Box stability, seller counts, and historical price trends to avoid price wars.
• Lead Reporting: Log and submit detailed product leads daily in a organized spreadsheet format with all required metrics and sourcing links.
• Account Safety & Compliance: Screen leads to ensure standard sizing, non-Hazmat classification, low Intellectual Property (IP) complaint risk, and minimal brand restrictions.
• Operations Support: Prioritize ungated brands (assisting with brand ungating when needed) and provide input on competitive pricing strategies.
• Team Logger- Must be work with team logger login
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Amazon UK Online Arbitrage product sourcing.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Keepa, SellerAmp SAS, and Amazon Seller Central.
• Source Expertise: Demonstrated track record sourcing from UK online retailers, cash & carry stores, distributors, and local markets.
• Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of UK VAT rules, Amazon FBA fee structures, and profit calculations.
• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, reliable daily communication, and the ability to work independently.

Submitted product leads must meet or exceed the following metrics:
