JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly resourceful AI-powered talent researcher / lookalike scout in the Philippines to help us identify a real person who bears an extremely close physical resemblance to a specific reference person — essentially a real-life doppelgänger.

This is not a traditional social-media research position. We specifically want someone who can use AI-powered facial similarity, computer vision, visual-search, reverse-image-search, or related technology to systematically identify potential candidates.

Once potential candidates are identified, you will also be responsible for personally reaching out to them, explaining the opportunity, qualifying their interest, and coordinating a video meeting between the candidate and our team.

Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Candidate Discovery

* Receive reference photos and detailed appearance requirements from our team.
* Use appropriate AI/visual-search/facial-similarity technology to identify potential matches.
* Research multiple legitimate tools and databases rather than relying solely on Instagram/TikTok searches.
* Analyze candidates based on facial structure, eyes, nose, lips, face shape, hairline, complexion, hairstyle, and overall appearance.
* Maintain a detailed candidate database.

2. Candidate Outreach

* Personally contact promising candidates through appropriate public/professional channels.
* Introduce the project professionally and explain why we believe they may be a visual match.
* Answer basic questions about the opportunity.
* Determine whether the candidate is genuinely interested and available.
* Obtain appropriate consent before requesting or sharing additional photos/videos or personal information.

3. Candidate Qualification
For promising candidates, collect the information our team needs to evaluate them, such as:

* Current photos
* Short selfie/video
* Location
* Age, where relevant to the project
* Availability
* Contact information with their permission
* Any other project-specific requirements

4. Meeting Coordination
You will be responsible for taking qualified candidates all the way through the initial contact process and scheduling a video call with our team.

This includes:

* Communicating with the candidate
* Finding a mutually convenient time
* Sending the meeting information
* Confirming attendance
* Following up with the candidate before the meeting
* Updating our team when a meeting is confirmed

The goal is for our team to receive qualified candidates who are already interested and have a confirmed meeting time, rather than simply receiving a list of social-media profiles.

Technology Requirement

This is a critical requirement.

You must have experience using, or have legitimate access to, technology such as:

* AI facial-similarity tools
* Computer-vision systems
* Visual-search platforms
* Reverse-image-search technology
* AI image-search tools
* Facial matching/research software
* Large-scale image-search or discovery tools

Manual searching of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Google alone is not sufficient.
