Maison Emerald – Private Travel, Events & Lifestyle

Maison Emerald is a new Dubai-based private travel, events and lifestyle company serving an international luxury client base.

We are looking for an exceptionally creative Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to join us for an initial three-month project as we build and launch the Maison Emerald brand.

This is not a generic social media management role.

We are looking for someone with a sophisticated understanding of luxury brands and a portfolio that demonstrates excellent taste, strong visual judgement and the ability to turn a brand identity into polished digital content.

What You'll Own

You will work closely with the Maison Emerald team to develop and execute our digital content across:

Instagram

LinkedIn

Email marketing and newsletters

Website/editorial content

Digital campaigns

Branded marketing materials

You will help take our existing brand identity and turn it into a consistent, recognisable digital presence.

Social Media

You will:

Create and design Instagram posts, carousels and Stories

Develop short-form video and Reel concepts

Create polished LinkedIn content

Build monthly content calendars

Source and curate appropriate luxury travel and lifestyle imagery

Write sophisticated, concise social copy

Schedule and manage approved content

Maintain consistency across every touchpoint

Develop repeatable templates and content formats for Maison Emerald

Email & CRM Marketing

You will:

Design and build beautiful email newsletters

Develop editorial and promotional email concepts

Write and edit newsletter copy

Create email templates consistent with the Maison Emerald brand

Support audience segmentation and campaign scheduling

Review performance and recommend improvements

Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar is highly desirable.

Content & Editorial

You will help us turn travel knowledge, destinations, hotels, experiences and cultural moments into interesting content rather than simply posting hotel photographs.

This could include:

Destination features

Hotel and experience edits

Travel inspiration

Seasonal travel campaigns

Events and lifestyle content

New openings

Insider recommendations

Brand partnerships

Maison Emerald editorial features

We want someone who can look at a destination or story and ask:

"How would a modern luxury brand tell this story?"

rather than simply:

"What should we post today?"

The Standard We're Looking For

Maison Emerald sits within the luxury travel and lifestyle space.

Our references are much closer to the editorial and visual worlds of luxury hospitality, fashion, design and premium lifestyle brands than traditional travel agencies.

Your work should feel considered, contemporary, understated and expensive.

We are not looking for:

Generic Canva travel posts

Heavy promotional graphics

Constant sales messaging

Stock-looking luxury content

Excessive text overlays

"Top 10 places to visit!" style content

AI-generated copy pasted directly into social media

Taste and judgement matter enormously in this role.

What We're Looking For

You should have:

A strong portfolio of professional digital content

Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands

Excellent visual and design judgement

Strong Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite skills

Excellent written English

Social media content creation experience

Email/newsletter design experience

Strong attention to typography, spacing, imagery and brand consistency

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Confidence receiving feedback and adapting creative work quickly

An interest in luxury travel, hospitality, fashion, design or lifestyle

Experience with luxury travel or hospitality is particularly valuable.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory.

Please do not apply without providing examples of your previous work.

We would particularly like to see:

Luxury/premium social media accounts you have worked on

Instagram carousels or campaigns you personally created

Email newsletters you have designed

Examples of your copywriting

Reels/video content

Any luxury travel, hospitality, fashion, beauty, automotive or lifestyle brands you have worked with

Please clearly explain which elements of each project you personally created.

Contract

This is initially a three-month, full-time remote contract.

40 hours per week

We offer flexibility around working hours, but you must have regular working-hour overlap with our Dubai team for meetings, feedback and approvals.

Salary: ₱45,000–₱65,000 PHP per month depending on experience and portfolio.

Exceptional candidates with significant luxury-brand experience may be considered above this range.

There is potential for the relationship to continue beyond the initial three-month project if there is a strong fit.
