JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Administrative Assistant – Commercial Insurance

We’re seeking a highly skilled Virtual Administrative Assistant based in the Philippines to support the Commercial Insurance Department of our independent insurance agency in the US. This role is mission-critical, not busywork.

What You’ll Do (a lot, and it matters):

Assist with commercial insurance quoting and policy processing

Update and manage HawkSoft (AMS) with accuracy and consistency

Contact clients regarding payments, missing information, and required photos

Follow up on requests and keep workflows moving (no dropped balls)

Provide general administrative support to the commercial team

What We Require (non-negotiable):

Fluent, professional English (spoken and written—near-native level)

Proven experience as a virtual assistant for an independent insurance agency

Strong working knowledge of Hawksoft

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Reliable internet, professional phone presence, and strong time management

Bonus Points (but not required):

Experience with U.S. commercial lines

Familiarity with carrier portals and underwriting workflows

If you’re organized, proactive, and already comfortable in the insurance world—this role will feel like home. If not, this probably isn’t the one. And that’s okay.
