JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon leader to join our growing team. This role is critical to our business—you’ll be responsible for reviewing leads, purchasing OA leads, reviewing wholesale purchase orders, and making important buying decisions that effect the bottom dollar of the business. If you are not a very critical smart thinker, do not apply.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

$7 per hour + big bonuses. Bonuses are not capped, average bonuses are around $500-1k per month

Key Responsibilities:
-Purchase leads from OA suppliers.
-Review OA leads daily and provide buy recommendations.
-Manage current product sourcing team
-Review wholesale products and make buying decisions
-Buy Inventory
-Track sales and ROI for sold-out products, making re-order suggestions.
-Provide daily feedback to sourcing VAs.
-Assist in hiring and training new sourcing VAs.

Your main focus: review products at a high level, purchase inventory, and suggest replens. This is a high-importance role.

Compensation: Starting pay is $7 per hour, with long-term growth potential to $10-15 per hour + Bonuses

Requirements
-Previous Amazon OA sourcing experience (not dropshipping).
-Previous Amazon wholesale experience
-Proven leadership experience with another Amazon company.
-Strong command of English (spoken and written).
-In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace and order management.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
