Marketing Virtual Assistant (Video Editing + AI Content) | Full-Time | US Real Estate Team

Position: Full-Time Marketing VA (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: US Eastern Time hours required
Salary: $1,000 to $1,400/month USD, based on experience and portfolio

We are a top-producing US real estate team operating in two major markets, with 80+ agents and a fast-growing training and coaching business. We publish a high volume of marketing content every week: agent recognition graphics, short-form video for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, training materials, event promotion, and AI-generated video. We are a systems-driven team that works with AI tools every single day. If you love clear processes, brand consistency, and seeing your work go live daily, you will fit right in.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Facebook video) in CapCut: captions, transitions, music, and hooks
- Create branded graphics and flyers in Canva using our brand kit and templates
- Produce AI avatar videos in HeyGen for training content and market updates
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools daily to draft captions, scripts, and content variations, then refine the output to match our brand voice
- Repurpose long-form content (training sessions, live events) into short clips
- Write and proofread captions, post copy, and video scripts in clear, natural English
- Maintain our content calendar and keep projects moving on schedule
- Follow our brand guidelines exactly (colors, fonts, logo placement)

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent written English. Your captions and scripts sound natural, not translated
- Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or a similar AI assistant. You write effective prompts, iterate on output, and edit AI drafts until they sound human and on-brand
- Strong CapCut skills with a portfolio of short-form video edits
- Proficient in Canva, including working within an established brand kit
- Video editing fundamentals: pacing, hooks, captions, audio sync
- Reliable high-speed internet with backup internet and power (required for US hours)
- Available to work US Eastern Time hours

THIS IS NOT A FIT IF
- You need close supervision to stay productive
- You are juggling multiple clients and cannot give us full-time focus
- You have never edited short-form video to completion
- You have difficulty reading and comprehending English

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE
- HeyGen experience (AI avatar video creation)
- Experience with ElevenLabs or other AI voice tools
- Real estate or coaching industry content experience
- Basic motion graphics or advanced CapCut effects
