JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced, high-performing Cold Caller based in the Philippines to generate qualified appointments with businesses in the United States.

Your main mission will be to pitch our solution to US prospects, overcome gatekeepers, and book meetings for our team.

???? Shift Details & Flexibility:

Hours: 1 hour per day (Monday to Friday).

Schedule: Flexible, but MUST be performed during Florida (EST) business hours (between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST).

Type: Part-time with room for growth.

Requirements (Strictly Enforced):
Flawless English (Neutral / American Accent): You must have near-native English speaking skills with no distinct regional accent.

Proven Cold Calling Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience calling US B2B prospects (experience with tools like HubSpot, RingCentral, or similar dialers is a plus).

MANDATORY - Invoicing Capability: You must be registered as a freelancer/business and able to provide an official, professional invoice for your services.

Reliable Setup: High-speed internet (with backup), a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: Competitive hourly fixed rate (paid weekly or monthly).

Flexibility: Work from anywhere, managing your own 1-hour block within the requested US timezone.
