JOB OVERVIEW

The Job
I am a busy business owner. I need a Russian-speaking assistant to reply to my matches on a dating app for me. Most of the girls I match with are Russian, and many of them write in Russian or switch to Russian during the chat. You must be able to read their messages, understand the tone and reply naturally.

You will use a ready-made chat script and an AI tool (Claude) that already knows how I write. The goal is to get each conversation to a date and move it to Telegram.

What a Normal Day Looks Like
- Go through all open chats and reply to new messages using a pre-trained Claude chat
- Read and understand messages in Russian, including slang, jokes and short replies
- Reply in simple Russian when needed, in the same playful style as the script
- Keep every conversation moving toward a date
- Move agreed dates to Telegram and send them to me
- Let me know when a chat doesn't fit the script, instead of guessing

Requirements
- Russian at level B1 or higher (this is a must, not a plus)
- Good written English
- Male, with a good understanding of dating and flirting
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
- Available for night shift, 10 hours per day, 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM (PH time)
