JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a REAL GoHighLevel expert to join our team long-term and work directly with our Head Developer.

This is not an entry-level GHL position.

We’re looking for someone with at least 3-4+ years of solid, hands-on GoHighLevel experience. If you just completed a GHL course, have been using the platform for a year, or still need step-by-step training for most builds, this position is not for you.

GHL has evolved a lot, especially with AI, and we need someone who has evolved with it.

You should be comfortable with:
- Advanced GHL workflows, automations, funnels, forms, calendars, phone and email setup
- Conversation AI and GHL’s newer AI capabilities
- Webhooks and basic integrations
- APIs - BIG plus if you can confidently work with them
- HTML and basic front-end troubleshooting
- Domains and DNS records
- A2P registration and compliance
- Phone number setup and warm-up
- Email/domain setup, authentication, deliverability and warm-up
- Different AI platforms and knowing how to actually use them for work
- Connecting tools and platforms through integrations, APIs, webhooks and MCP
- Healthcare industry experience is a PLUS, but not required.
More importantly, we need someone technical, resourceful and current. You don’t have to know absolutely everything, but you should know how to investigate, learn and figure things out without needing someone to hold your hand through every task.

Send a sample of something you’ve actually built OR a short Loom walking us through your work inside GoHighLevel. Show us your automations, integrations, AI setup, custom work, troubleshooting - whatever best demonstrates your actual skill level.

We don’t care if the Loom is polished. We care whether you actually know what you’re doing.

This is a serious, long-term position for someone who will become an extension of our Head Developer. We’re scaling, we’re building a lot, and we need someone who can eventually be trusted with complex technical work - not just complete assigned GHL tasks.
