Healthcare Recruiter – UK Hours
Precious Homes is looking for a highly organised and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. Precious has been providing care and support to vulnerable adults for 25 years and we are now looking to expand our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail and is confident managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What you’ll be doing:
Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability

Contacting candidates and keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process

Booking and coordinating interviews with hiring managers

Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment data

Tracking recruitment activity and providing regular reports

Supporting the Head of Recruitment with day-to-day recruitment activities

Helping to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and to a high standard

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in recruitment, healthcare recruitment or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems

Comfortable working with targets, data and reporting

A proactive, positive approach and the ability to work independently

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm UK time

You’ll be working as part of a UK-based recruitment team and will report directly to the Head of Recruitment.
