Ad Script Writer (Direct Response, Fitness/Coaching Niche)

About Us
We're a coaching agency that runs direct-response video ads for fitness and health coaches. Our ads live or die on the hook and the angle, not the edit.

Compensation
$8-10 per script.

Schedule and Availability
Per-script, not fixed hours. 24-48hr turnaround per brief. Fully remote, work whenever suits you as long as deadlines hold.

What You Will Own
Research winning ad angles and hooks in the fitness/coaching space — competitor breakdowns, trend-spotting, not guessing
Get a brief per coach (their offer, audience, positioning) before you start, and tailor every script to that specific coach and their target audience
Write hook-led, direct-response scripts for short-form UGC/talking-head ads (60-120 sec) — every script includes 3 different hook variations to test
Turn past scripts and AI-assisted drafts into genuinely new angles, not reskins
Work in Google Docs, turn feedback around fast

You Are a Fit If
You've written video ad scripts before and can prove it — this isn't an entry-level role
You think in hooks, PAS, urgency, social proof — direct response is second nature
You can write 3 distinct hook angles for the same script, not 3 versions of the same one
You'll use AI to move faster but the strategy and voice are yours
24-48hr turnaround is normal to you, not a stretch
