JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Video Editor to work across multiple brands and produce polished, engaging social media and digital video content.

The role will initially focus mainly on short-form content, including Reels, Shorts and talking-head videos, with opportunities to work on longer-form content over time.

We strongly prefer someone who already has experience editing content in the medical, health, fitness, nutrition or wellness space and understands how to present educational information clearly and professionally.

We need someone who can follow detailed creative briefs, brand guidelines and editing instructions accurately and consistently.

Requirements:

- Strong short-form editing skills, particularly Reels, Shorts and talking-head content
- Experience editing medical, health, fitness, nutrition or wellness videos preferred
- Able to follow precise briefs, instructions and brand guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong English and excellent subtitle/caption accuracy
- Good sense of pacing, B-roll placement, sound design and clean visual storytelling
- Comfortable working across different brands and editing styles
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, dependable and responsive
- Able to meet deadlines consistently
- Open to feedback and revisions
- Willing to complete a free trial edit as part of the recruitment process

Hours & Rate:

- Starting at 20 hours per week
- Potential to become full-time
- Flexible working hours between 7am–4pm Australian time
- Fixed rate: US$4 per hour

Recruitment Process:

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a free trial edit using a detailed brief provided by us.
The trial is designed to assess your editing quality, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
