About us
We're a Sydney-based web development agency specialising in Shopify and WordPress builds and ongoing maintenance retainers for Australian businesses.

About the role
You'll be the first point of contact for client support requests and the last line of quality checking before work reaches the client. You'll work alongside our delivery lead, taking care of support, tickets, content updates and QA so projects keep moving.

You must have reliable overlap with Sydney business hours and strong written and spoken English.

What you'll work on

Responding to client support requests
Managing and actioning BugHerd tickets
Content changes on WordPress and Shopify websites, such as text, images, page edits and product updates
QA checking websites before they go to the client, including functionality, content, links, forms and responsive layouts across devices
Logging clear, reproducible issues for developers
Keeping tickets and task status up to date

What we need

Excellent written and spoken English, with a friendly, professional client manner
Great organisation skills, able to juggle multiple clients, tickets and deadlines without anything slipping through the cracks
Strong attention to detail, because you'll be catching the things others miss
Hands-on experience editing content on WordPress and Shopify websites
Experience with QA or website testing
Experience with ticketing or feedback tools such as BugHerd, Jira, Trello or similar
Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to work faster, for example drafting client replies, writing content or speeding up QA, while still checking everything before it goes out
Fast, reliable turnaround on small tasks
The judgement to know when to handle something yourself and when to escalate
Basic domain and DNS experience, such as updating DNS records, connecting domains to WordPress or Shopify, and troubleshooting common domain issues

Highly regarded
Experience with page builders such as Elementor, basic HTML/CSS, or agency or client-service experience.
