JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a social media content creator looking for an experienced video editor who can turn raw footage into polished, engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

- Edit vertical short-form videos
- Create strong hooks and maintain engaging pacing
- Add accurate captions, graphics, B-roll, music, and sound effects
- Follow examples while improving the final product
- Maintain consistent branding across videos
- Organize project files and meet agreed deadlines
- Revise edits based on clear feedback

You Are

- A highly skilled editor with a strong short-form portfolio
- Reliable, coachable, and attentive to detail
- Familiar with current social media editing styles
- Comfortable using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or comparable software
- Proactive when a deadline or source file creates a problem

This is a part-time contractor opportunity with the potential for ongoing work. Compensation is $5-$7/hour depending on experience and skill level. Finalists will receive a paid editing trial.
