Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Australian business hours
Starting Offer: PHP 35k+

Join a growing Australian exterior cleaning business providing solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and property maintenance services across NSW. We’re looking for someone confident in customer service, sales follow-ups, and scheduling who wants to work remotely and grow with the team.

What will you be doing
Answer customer calls, emails, and online enquiries
Prepare and follow up quotes and help convert enquiries into bookings
Schedule technicians and manage bookings, changes, and cancellations
Maintain accurate customer and job records
Follow up customers and identify upsell opportunities
Coordinate with the Australian office and field team

Who we are looking for
Customer service, sales, appointment setting, or phone-based experience
Confident spoken English and professional phone manner
Experience following up leads or quotes and closing bookings
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
CRM or scheduling system experience
Australian customer or business experience is an advantage
ServiceM8 experience is an advantage
