About us
We are an Australian marketing agency running Facebook and Instagram campaigns for property businesses across the country. Video drives everything we do.

The role
You own our editing output. Not a task taker, an operator.

Editing short form ads, reels and VSLs for our clients every week
Turning raw footage into content that stops the scroll and gets results, not just videos that look nice
Hitting deadlines and handling a high volume of work without the quality dropping
Working directly with the team, taking feedback fast and improving how we do things
Learning our clients, our market and our style so your edits get sharper every month

This is a pure editing role. No sales, no admin, no client management. Just editing, and doing it at a high level.

Where this goes
There is a clear path to earning up to $2,000 AUD/month as you prove yourself. Hard work gets rewarded here. The more you deliver, the more you grow.

Starting pay
$600 AUD/month, with increases tied to performance and output, not time served.

A hard worker. You finish what you start and you don't need someone watching over you
Coachable. You take feedback and apply it the same day
A great communicator. You ask questions early, give updates without being asked and speak up before something is late
Skilled. You know Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar, and you understand hooks, pacing, captions and sound design
Bonus points if you have edited Facebook/Instagram ads or VSLs before
