JOB OVERVIEW

LOCKEROOM is a premium personal training gym in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. We're hiring a precise, AI-savvy coordinator to own member billing and membership operations.

START: October 16, 2026 | Mon–Fri, Sydney hours (approx. 6am–3pm PH time)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Process payments, payment plans, refunds and failed payments in Stripe
- Chase overdue payments (target: nothing overdue more than 10 days)
- Set up and manage memberships, renewals, holds and credits
- Help members with account and booking issues (reply within 24 hours)
- Use AI tools daily and support our automation lead
- Write and maintain SOPs for every process you own

MUST HAVE
- 2+ years in billing, payments or membership admin for an AU/US/UK company
- Hands-on Stripe experience
- Strong AI skills (ChatGPT/Claude) with real examples of how you use them
- Extreme attention to detail with numbers, dates and account details
- Ownership: you hit deadlines without reminders
- Clear written English
- SOP writing experience

NICE TO HAVE: automation tools (n8n, Zapier), gym or membership business experience, Xero basics
