ABOUT US
Easy Clothes is a fast-growing, French-designed women's fashion brand selling direct to consumers in the US through our Shopify Plus store. We launch around 30 new styles every two weeks across thousands of SKUs. We are moving our fulfillment to ShipBob, our new 3PL partner, starting at the end of October, and we need one dedicated person to own that relationship from day one.

SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Los Angeles time
(11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine time; shifts to 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM PH time from November to March due to US daylight saving)

THE ROLE
You will be the central point of contact between our 3PL (ShipBob), our shipping and freight partners, and our in-house team. You make sure inventory arrives, gets received correctly, orders ship on time, returns are processed, and problems are caught and fixed fast. When anyone on our team has a question about logistics, you are the person they go to.

RESPONSIBILITIES

3PL Management
- Be the main daily contact for ShipBob: tickets, emails, calls, and escalations
- Monitor order fulfillment daily and flag late, stuck, or exception orders
- Hold the 3PL accountable to agreed service levels (ship times, receiving times, accuracy) and track performance weekly
- Help lead the transition from our current warehouse to ShipBob during the move

Inbound Inventory and Receiving
- Create and manage Warehouse Receiving Orders (WROs) for all incoming stock with accurate SKUs, quantities, and box details
- Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and freight/parcel carriers so deliveries arrive labeled and on schedule
- Resolve receiving issues quickly (missing paperwork, unidentified boxes, quantity mismatches) to avoid delays and extra fees
- Make sure new product launches are set up and received in time for go-live dates

Inventory Accuracy
- Work closely with our Inventory Manager to reconcile stock levels between ShipBob and Shopify
- Investigate discrepancies, damaged goods, and lost inventory, and file claims when needed
- Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory or reorder points

Returns and Customer Issues
- Oversee the returns flow with the 3PL and make sure returns are processed and restocked promptly
- Support our customer service team with tracking, lost packages, address changes, and carrier claims

Billing and Reporting
- Review monthly 3PL and carrier invoices line by line and dispute incorrect charges
- Prepare a simple weekly logistics report: orders shipped, on-time rate, receiving status, returns, open issues, and costs

Internal Liaison
- Keep inventory, merchandising, customer service, and management informed of anything logistics-related
- Document processes and SOPs so the team knows how everything works

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, ecommerce operations, or working with a 3PL or fulfillment center
- Experience with a 3PL dashboard (ShipBob strongly preferred; ShipMonk, ShipHero, Flexport, or similar also welcome)
- Familiarity with Shopify order and inventory management
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)
- Excellent written and spoken English. You will communicate with US vendors every day
- Very organized and detail-oriented. Small errors in quantities or SKUs cost real money
- Proactive problem solver who follows up without being chased
- Able to work US daytime hours (PH night shift) reliably
- Reliable internet, a backup power or internet option, and a quiet workspace

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with fashion or apparel brands (sizes, colors, high SKU counts)
- Knowledge of US carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and freight/LTL shipments
- Experience with inventory transitions or warehouse moves
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, or similar tools

START DATE
As soon as possible. Ideally before the end of October so you can be part of the move from the start.
