Remote Customer Support Specialist – TikTok Creator Community (Fluent English, Part-Time, Long-Term)

Electro is a fast-growing hydration brand selling liquid-core electrolyte gum on Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. We work with hundreds of TikTok creators, and we need someone friendly, sharp, and organized to be the person they talk to when they need help.

If you enjoy helping people, write great English, and want a long-term remote job with a US team that actually promotes people, read on.

What you'll do

Answer questions from our TikTok creators on ---------- and solve their problems quickly

Help our interns and team members on Whop with onboarding and access

Keep simple records of every conversation so nothing gets lost

Follow up until every issue is closed

Complete simple upload tasks using step-by-step guides

Send a short end-of-day update in Slack

You're a great fit if you

Write fluent, natural English, the kind that sounds like a native speaker

Stay calm and kind, even when someone is frustrated

Organized and keeping things tidy

Take ownership and don't leave things half-finished

Have stable, high-speed internet

Customer support or client success experience

Experience with ---------- , TikTok, Quo

Familiarity with TikTok creator culture

Comfort using AI tools to work faster

Pay : 3.50$ per hour
