JOB OVERVIEW

Rank Authority is looking for a friendly, intelligent and highly organized Client Onboarding Specialist to help new customers get started with our platform and services.

This is a **client-facing position**. You will meet with business owners over Zoom, guide them through our onboarding process, help gather the information our team needs, answer basic questions and make sure each account is complete before it moves to our production team.

You do **not** need to be an advanced SEO or IT expert. We will train you on our platform, processes and AI visibility services.

What matters most is that you communicate extremely well, are comfortable talking to customers, learn quickly and follow through.

### What You'll Do

* Conduct onboarding calls with new customers over Zoom
* Walk clients through our onboarding process
* Help clients provide required business and website information
* Review submissions for missing or incomplete information
* Answer basic questions about Rank Authority and our services
* Follow up with clients by email
* Update customer information and status in our CRM/software
* Follow our onboarding SOPs and checklists
* Communicate with our internal SEO and production teams
* Escalate technical questions when necessary

### What We're Looking For

* **Excellent spoken English**
* Excellent written English
* Friendly, confident and professional on video calls
* Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business owners
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to learn new software quickly
* Reliable and good at following established processes
* Comfortable using CRMs, online dashboards and Google Workspace
* Previous client service, onboarding, customer success or account-management experience

### Helpful, But Not Required

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

* SEO or digital marketing
* SaaS companies
* Google Business Profile
* GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms
* WordPress
* ChatGPT or other AI tools
* Customer Success

We will provide training on Rank Authority, SEO concepts, AEO, GEO and AI visibility.
