JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | $3–$5 USD/hour | Initially up to 10 hours/week | Paid trial | Long-term potential

Caribbean Football Co. is a developing premium fashion and football lifestyle brand. We need a hands-on Pinterest content creator and manager with strong editorial fashion taste who can independently find ideas, source appropriate material, create compelling imagery and bring relevant visitors to ---------- .

VISUAL DIRECTION
Think candid fashion photography: distinctive styling, believable people, natural skin and fabric texture, and aspirational settings that feel lived in. Our reference image shows a convincing night-out street-style moment. It establishes photographic quality and taste, not a requirement to put a couple, a car or a nighttime setting in every image. We will share it with shortlisted applicants.

Content can also include outfit comparisons, considered product details and editorial collages. Avoid generic Canva templates, cluttered headlines, glossy AI skin, stiff catalog poses and predictable palm-tree/tropical imagery. AI is a tool, not the finished creative standard. Preserve actual garment cuts, colors, lettering and crests; do not invent product details.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Independently research and propose relevant fashion/styling ideas; source material with documented origins and appropriate usage permission, and create or thoughtfully edit visuals. Do not depend on us supplying every finished post.
• Develop an organic Pinterest plan, relevant keyword research, boards, Pin titles/descriptions and a practical publishing calendar.
• Produce fresh static/video Pins and useful variations with consistent visual quality. Distinguish original concepts from resized or reused variants.
• Schedule approved work and link to the correct live waitlist, product or collection page. Do not invent availability or pricing.
• Report outbound clicks and available website signups alongside saves and impressions; separate actual results from claims.
• Keep editable files, source links and a concise repeatable workflow so the work is organized and transferable.

WHO FITS
A strong personally created fashion/editorial portfolio is essential. Experience with premium apparel, fashion houses, models or fashion publications is useful, but the quality of your work matters more than client names. We assess visual judgment and Pinterest management separately: show evidence for each. You should understand organic Pinterest discovery, write clear English and execute reliably within a small budget.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION
$3–$5 USD/hour, initially up to 10 hours/week. Research, design, revisions, scheduling and reporting fit within agreed hours. Identify any paid tools before work begins. Organic Pinterest is the initial scope; advertising and additional spending require agreement. Hours may grow with results but are not guaranteed.

TO APPLY
1. Send three existing fashion/editorial pieces you personally created that best demonstrate styling, realism and visual judgment. Explain your contribution and any AI use. No unpaid custom samples are requested.
2. Share Pinterest accounts you managed, your role/dates and permitted results showing outbound clicks or website outcomes, with timeframe and whether organic or paid. If you have strong creative work but limited Pinterest experience, say so clearly.
3. Explain how you would translate the visual direction above into useful Pinterest content without relying on generic templates.
4. Confirm rate, availability, tools/costs and sustainable output within 10 hours/week, separating unique creatives from variants.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a separately agreed paid trial with a clear scope and time limit. Please submit existing work first. Confidential examples may be redacted where permitted. We assess demonstrated work, reliability and communication.
