E-commerce Graphic Designer – Amazon & Marketplace
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Graphic Designer with experience creating high-performing visual content for Amazon and other online marketplaces.
This role will be responsible for designing Amazon PDP image sets, A+ Content, Brand Stories, Storefront assets, infographics, lifestyle imagery, comparison charts, and other marketplace creative across a large portfolio of beauty and personal-care brands.
This is not a general marketing design position. The ideal candidate understands how customers shop on Amazon and knows how to turn product benefits, competitive research, brand guidelines, and creative briefs into clear, compelling, conversion-focused content.
You will work closely with our Content Strategy Lead and broader marketplace team to bring creative briefs to life while maintaining brand consistency and meeting marketplace requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design complete Amazon PDP image sets, including feature/benefit graphics, infographics, lifestyle images, product callouts, comparison graphics, and educational content.
• Create Amazon A+ Content, Brand Story assets, and other enhanced content modules.
• Develop creative assets for Amazon Brand Stores and other marketplace experiences.
• Translate detailed creative briefs, competitive examples, brand guidelines, and product information into polished marketplace assets.
• Design with both desktop and mobile shopping experiences in mind, ensuring important messaging remains clear on smaller screens.
• Understand Amazon's image requirements and marketplace creative best practices.
• Incorporate product positioning, consumer demographics, competitive differentiation, and key selling points into visual storytelling.
• Work across multiple beauty and personal-care brands while maintaining each brand's unique visual identity.
• Make revisions based on feedback from the Content Strategy Lead, Category Brand Managers, and other marketplace stakeholders.
• Partner with copy, SEO, analytics, and category teams to ensure creative aligns with the overall PDP strategy.
• Adapt existing brand photography and assets into marketplace-specific creative.
• Maintain organized working files and follow established naming, version-control, and asset-management processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Support product launches, repackaging projects, PDP refreshes, seasonal promotions, and ongoing content optimization.
• Review existing Amazon creative and identify opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and visual communication.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within e-commerce, Amazon, retail, CPG, beauty, or consumer products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce or marketplace design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, color, image manipulation, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing product-focused digital content.
• Ability to work from established brand guidelines while adapting creative for different marketplace environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow creative briefs.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to receive feedback and efficiently incorporate revisions.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience creating Amazon PDP images and A+ Content.
• Experience designing Amazon Brand Stores or Brand Story content.
• Experience with beauty, cosmetics, personal care, haircare, skincare, or consumer packaged goods.
• Understanding of Amazon PDP conversion best practices.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Experience reviewing competitor listings and translating competitive insights into creative.
• Experience designing for ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , Shopify, or other major e-commerce platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted creative tools as part of the design workflow.
• Photography retouching and advanced image-compositing skills are a plus.
