Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator — Remote, Asia
About the company
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company generating approximately $3.5 million in monthly revenue. The business is led by an experienced founder with a proven track record of building and scaling successful companies.
We operate at meaningful volume, and logistics has a direct impact on our revenue, customer experience, and profitability. We are looking for someone who can bring discipline, visibility, and accountability to our inventory and fulfillment operations.
About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day movement of products from our factories through our warehouse and ultimately to our customers.
This is a hands-on operational role. You will monitor inventory at the individual size and color level, coordinate directly with factories and our warehouse, track unfulfilled orders, and identify potential stock problems before they affect customers.
The right person will not simply report problems. You will investigate them, chase the responsible parties, recommend solutions, and follow through until they are resolved.
Location and working hours
Fully remote position
Candidates based in Asia are strongly preferred
You must be available during the working hours of our factories in China
You will communicate with factories through WeChat on a daily basis
A reliable computer, internet connection, and professional remote working environment are required
Key responsibilities
Daily inventory control
Check every morning that the warehouse has completed and submitted its daily stock sheet
Follow up immediately when the stock sheet is late, incomplete, or appears inaccurate
Ensure website inventory reflects the warehouse’s actual available stock so customers cannot purchase unavailable sizes
Reconcile inventory discrepancies between Shopify, warehouse records, and internal tracking sheets
Maintain accurate and current inventory and shipment records
Size- and color-level stock monitoring
Monitor inventory by individual SKU, including every size and color combination—not only at the overall product level
Track products that may have up to 12 colors and 7 sizes
Identify which individual sizes and colors are selling faster than expected
Warn the team before a specific SKU sells out
Recommend replenishment priorities based on daily sales velocity, available stock, and expected factory delivery dates
Identify shortages, overstock, and inventory imbalances early
Factory delivery planning
Review delivery plans provided by our factories
Compare factory delivery dates against daily sales, current stock, and projected stockout dates
Identify when a size or color is scheduled to arrive too late
Push back on factories and request revised priorities or faster delivery when necessary
Confirm whether factories are following the agreed purchase orders and production plans
Proactively follow up when factories deviate from orders, timelines, or promised quantities
Escalate risks before they create website stockouts or fulfillment delays
Order fulfillment
Monitor customer orders from placement through final shipment
Maintain close visibility over unfulfilled orders, particularly orders that remain unshipped for more than five days
Investigate why orders are delayed and coordinate with the warehouse or factory to resolve the issue
Track split orders caused by unavailable sizes or colors
Work to prevent unnecessary split shipments and the additional shipping costs they create
Follow delayed and split orders until every parcel has shipped
Proactively resolve missing packages, fulfillment errors, inventory discrepancies, and other shipping problems
Logistics coordination and reporting
Coordinate with factories, warehouses, couriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments when required
Request and compare shipping quotes, lead times, and service options
Review freight, storage, fulfillment, and courier invoices for accuracy
Produce clear reports covering inventory, stockout risks, factory delivery plans, unfulfilled orders, split shipments, delays, and unresolved issues
Document logistics procedures and maintain organized operational records
Help improve shipping costs, delivery times, order accuracy, and fulfillment processes
Communicate clearly with internal team members and external partners through Slack, ClickUp, WeChat, and
Required experience
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory management, or e-commerce operations
Hands-on experience working with factories, warehouses, couriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, or 3PL companies
Experience monitoring inventory at the SKU, size, color, or product-variant level
Experience tracking international shipments and resolving fulfillment or delivery problems
Strong Google Sheets skills, including the ability to organize, reconcile, and analyze operational data

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments, SKUs, and deadlines
Comfortable following up persistently with factories and warehouses
Able to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment
Proactive communication and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred experience
Experience supporting a high-volume e-commerce, apparel, or consumer-products company
Experience using Shopify for inventory or order management
Experience using Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp, and WeChat
Experience coordinating directly with factories in China
Familiarity with inventory forecasting, sales velocity, replenishment planning, and stock reconciliation
Understanding of Incoterms, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documentation, and import/export processes
Experience reducing stockouts, late orders, split shipments, or fulfillment costs
Mandarin language skills are a plus but are not required
Tools we use
Shopify
Google Sheets
Slack
ClickUp
WeChat
You do not need experience with every tool, but you must be comfortable learning systems quickly. WeChat is particularly important because it is our primary channel for daily factory communication.
What success looks like
Success in this role will be measured by clear operational outcomes:
No individual size or color remains out of stock on the website for more than two days
The number of orders older than five days that remain unshipped stays near zero
The warehouse stock sheet is completed, checked, and followed up on every day
Stockout risks are identified before products become unavailable
Factory delivery plans are regularly compared against sales and inventory needs
Factories are challenged when delivery plans do not meet the company’s requirements
Split orders and duplicate shipping costs are reduced
Inventory information remains accurate across Shopify, warehouse records, and internal sheets
Logistics issues are followed through to resolution without constant supervision
Management has clear, up-to-date visibility into inventory, deliveries, and unfulfilled orders
Ideal candidate
You are detail-oriented, dependable, persistent, and comfortable taking ownership.
If a warehouse forgets to update the daily stock sheet, you chase it. If a particular size is selling faster than expected, you flag it before it sells out. If a factory’s delivery plan does not match the company’s needs, you challenge it and work toward a better solution. If an order has not shipped, you follow it until it does.
You enjoy bringing order to operational complexity and can communicate clearly without requiring constant direction.
