JOB OVERVIEW

Marho Automotive Group is a growing U.S. based car rental company looking for an exceptional salesperson to join our team remotely.

This is primarily a sales position. Your number one responsibility will be contacting incoming leads, building rapport, understanding their needs, overcoming objections, consistently following up, and converting qualified prospects into paying renters.

You will communicate with customers every day through phone calls, text messages, and email. You must be confident and comfortable making outbound calls daily.

Responsibilities include:

Calling new leads and responding quickly to inquiries

Following up consistently with prospective renters

Converting qualified leads into paying renters

Asking discovery questions to understand each customer’s needs

Handling pricing objections and confidently asking for the sale

Communicating with existing renters regarding payments, extensions, and rental needs

Sending rental agreements and collecting required documentation

Sending insurance and registration documents when required

Documenting new renters and maintaining accurate customer records

Managing leads, conversations, and follow ups within our CRM

We use GoHighLevel as our CRM. Previous GoHighLevel experience is helpful but not required. Full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is confident, persuasive, organized, consistent, and extremely strong at sales and follow up.

We do not want someone who simply answers questions. We want a salesperson who knows how to take control of a conversation, identify what the customer needs, overcome objections, and move the customer toward closing.

Previous sales experience is required.

You must be willing to make phone calls every day. Please do not apply if you are uncomfortable making outbound calls or if you do not have sales experience.

Compensation

Starting pay is $3.00 USD per hour plus a $10.00 USD bonus for every new renter you successfully place into a vehicle.

Hourly compensation is negotiable depending on experience and proven sales ability. Additional performance based incentives and opportunities for increased compensation may also be available.
