We are looking for someone who understands profitability, product margins and sustainable scaling. Not someone who only focuses on increasing revenue or showing a high ROAS.

Your Responsibilities

- Analyse performance at campaign, product and SKU level
- Improve product segmentation and campaign structures
- Identify winning and underperforming products
- Work with Google Merchant Center and diagnose product disapprovals
- Provide recommendations for improving product titles, descriptions and feeds
- Monitor ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, conversion value and profitability
- Allocate budgets based on performance and available margins
- Set up structured tests and document the results
- Scale successful campaigns without destroying profitability
- Detect tracking problems and unusual changes in performance
- Provide clear weekly reports with actions, findings and next steps
- Cooperate with our Meta media buyer, webshop team and management

Required Experience

You must have:

- Proven Google Ads experience with e-commerce or Shopify stores
- Experience with stores generating at least €5,000 to €10,000 per day
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets
- Advanced knowledge of Performance Max, Shopping and Search campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feeds
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- A good understanding of attribution and the limitations of platform-reported ROAS
- Experience scaling campaigns while protecting profit margins
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken English
- The ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Experience with international stores, multiple countries and multiple languages is a major advantage.

Evidence Required

We will only consider candidates who can demonstrate their experience.

You must be prepared to show:

- The approximate daily revenue of stores you worked with
- The monthly Google Ads budget you personally managed
- The countries and product categories you worked with
- Your achieved ROAS, MER, CPA or CAC
- How long you managed these accounts
- What you personally did inside the accounts
- An anonymized screenshot, Loom explanation or live screenshare

Agency experience only counts when you can clearly explain which work you personally performed.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who:

- Makes decisions based on data and profitability
- Does not make unnecessary daily changes
- Understands how Google’s learning periods work
- Takes ownership of results
- Communicates problems before they become expensive
- Can explain complex decisions in clear language
- Actively looks for opportunities to improve performance
- Does not hide poor results behind vanity metrics

Performance Indicators

Your performance will be assessed using:

- Profitable revenue growth
- MER and blended ROAS
- New customer acquisition costs
- Campaign and product-level profitability
- Tracking accuracy
- Quality of testing and reporting
- Speed and quality of communication

Working Arrangement

- Long-term position
