JOB OVERVIEW

We book the calls. You close them. Make up to ₱150,000 to ₱300,000 per month per month.

Must have experience closing high-ticket sales. Not appointment setting or support.

Authorify is a 17-year-old US company. We help American real estate agents win more listings with professionally published books. Our ads and webinars fill your calendar with booked appointments every day. You never hunt for leads or cold call.

This is a long-term, full-time remote role. You can live anywhere in the Philippines. What matters is that you can work US Eastern business hours and prove you can close. We are hiring 3 to 4 closers.

THE ROLE

Take 5 to 6 booked, inbound Zoom appointments a day with US real estate agents who watched our webinar and started a paid trial.
Sell annual memberships. We have several packages at different prices. You sell the one each customer qualifies for. Most sales land between $2,000 and $3,000 USD, mostly paid in full on the call.
Follow our proven script and process, and join the daily team role-play huddle.
Every call is recorded and scored by AI. We use it to coach you and to make sure every customer hears the same honest offer.
Update your deals in the CRM the same day.

THE PAY

You earn base pay plus commission on every sale you close.
Base plus commission comes to a total of ₱150,000 to ₱300,000 per month, depending on how much you sell. A solid closer on our team makes at least ₱150,000 a month. Our superstars make ₱300,000.
Commission is paid on the cash you collect, once a month. We will walk you through the exact commission rates before you accept, so nothing surprises you later.
We also run a monthly sales contest and a weekly prize wheel for reps who hit the KPIs we focus on that month. That money is extra.
You are paid weekly in USD through ---------- and track your time with a time tracking tool we set up for you.
We will show you our sales team's real numbers in the interview. We do not inflate anything, to candidates or to customers.

SCHEDULE

Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
You must work US Eastern business hours. That is a night shift in Philippine time. Please only apply if that works for you every day, not just some days.

WHO GETS HIRED

A proven closer of high-ticket sales ($1,000+ USD) by phone or Zoom to US or English-speaking customers, with numbers you can show us. Closing experience only, not appointment setting or support.
Fluent, natural, confident English. You will talk with American small-business owners all day.
Someone who runs the play. We role-play every day, we follow the script, and we review our calls. Lone wolves wash out here.
A reliable remote setup: a quiet space, solid internet, and a good camera and mic.
Honest with customers, always. You sell what we can actually deliver, and you never promise results we cannot back up. If stretching the truth is part of how you sell, this is not the team for you. If selling the honest way is already how you work, you will feel right at home.
