Sourcing Squad HQ is a remote team of 7 sourcing for TWO separate Amazon seller accounts. We've been in business 2+ years and are building for 20 more. We pay every other Monday, on time, and we have never missed a payment.

We are selective. We've hired 40 VAs and kept 6, mostly because applicants overstate their experience and our trial finds that out fast. If you're genuinely experienced, this is an easy process.

STANDARDS
Every lead you submit must hit 50% ROI minimum and $7 profit per unit minimum. This is our floor, not a stretch goal. If those numbers aren't part of your normal sourcing, this job isn't for you, and that's fine.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon product sourcing (online arbitrage)
- Working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp
- Valid references we can contact and verify

Account management, private label, wholesale, team leadership, and general "Amazon VA" work do not count toward the 4 years. Only sourcing time counts.

THE WORK
- Source profitable, approvable leads with Keepa and SellerAmp
- Log and deliver in Google Sheets
- Catch the traps: gated/restricted brands, Amazon on the listing, price history collapses, variation mismatches, IP-complaint brands
- 10 quality leads per shift, 8 minimum

TIME TRACKING
All VAs are tracked on Hubstaff (screenshots every 2 minutes). It keeps the whole team's time clock honest. If that's a problem for you, skip this post.

PAY
1. 14-day paid trial, $3/hr. Pass it and you get a $50 bonus plus a move to the next phase.
2. 90 days at $3.50-$4.00/hr.
3. Long-term position: potential raise, paid holidays, paid time off, performance incentives on top of hourly pay throughout.

SCHEDULE
Pick 4+ weekdays, weekends optional, 40 hrs/week minimum. Fixed during the trial, then submitted week to week.
