Part-Time Virtual Assistant / Right-Hand — WordPress Web Design Studio
Site Crush Studio is a boutique web design studio building branded, strategy-first WordPress websites for small business owners. I'm looking for someone experienced and dependable who can grow into a true right-hand for the business — not just executing individual tasks, but becoming the person I hand things off to so I can stay focused on strategy, design, and clients.
This is a part-time role, roughly 10–20 hours/week to start, with real room to grow as we build trust. Most of the client-facing work already has a written SOP, so you won't be starting from zero, but I also want someone who can help keep the business itself running smoothly, not just the client projects.

Client project support: Examples of what I'd love help with (and the tools I use)
- Getting new projects set up and organized (Google Drive, Dubsado, Claude)
- Putting together presentation decks from templates once I've made the creative decisions (Canva)
- Creating and finalizing logo variations once I've designed the main logo (Adobe Illustrator)
- Creating mockups from templates (Adobe Photoshop)
- Sourcing stock photos and design assets for projects
- Setting up new client dev sites from my starter template site (SiteGround + Wordpress + Astra)
- Building out additional webpages once I've designed the home page (Beaver Builder)
- Generating additional website text once I've generated the home page text, using my guide (Claude)
- Helping get sites ready to launch — DNS/backup prep, redirects, SEO basics, alt text, final QA before a site goes live (Wordpress)
- Getting integrations (forms, email marketing, calendar booking, etc.) configured for each client (platforms vary, often Ninja Forms, MailerLite, Calendly)
- Other tech setup (SMTP, Termageddon, Google Search Console)
- Creating social media templates for clients (Canva)
- Keeping our client care plan sites updated and running smoothly each week (WP Remote)

General business support: Examples of what I'd love help with (and the tools I use)
- Helping manage my inbox and calendar so things don't fall through the cracks (Google Workspace)
- Keeping our internal SOPs and spreadsheets accurate and up to date as things change (Whale)
- Creating graphics for social media posts to showcase my portfolio (Canva)
- Generally being someone I can hand a task to and trust it'll get done right, even outside a formal SOP
- Someone kind and thoughtful to talk about ideas with and help me see where I could make my processes more efficient

What I’m looking for
- Must have Wordpress + website page builder experience
- Experience with all or most of the platforms I use (noted above)
- Self-sufficient learner comfortable figuring out unfamiliar platforms on your own (using online tutorials, help docs, trial and error) - willing to learn as you go
- An eye for design - desire to create work that’s polished and on-brand
- Comfortable following instructions from my Loom videos
- Comfortable following detailed, written SOPs and confident flagging when something doesn't match what's documented rather than guessing
- Strong written English communication
- Detail-oriented, especially for technical tasks where accuracy matters
- Able to work independently and asynchronously — no set overlap hours required

Hours: Part-time, 10 hours/week to start, with a plan to grow to 20 hours/week.

Pay: $4-$5/hour
