JOB OVERVIEW

Era Organics is a growing U.S. skincare brand looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Affiliate Growth Manager to help manage our TikTok Shop and grow affiliate-driven sales.

We need someone who can take ownership of TikTok Shop management, affiliate outreach, creator relationships, content research, running GMV Max Ads and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
* Manage TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center
* Run, monitor, and optimize GMV Max campaigns
* Track ad performance, ROAS, spend, and sales
* Identify winning affiliate videos to use and scale through GMV Max
* Monitor shop health, listings, violations, promotions, and account issues
* Troubleshoot TikTok Shop problems and work with support when needed
* Find and recruit high-potential affiliates
* Send targeted creator outreach and follow-ups
* Review and manage sample requests
* Improve sample-to-video posting rates
* Build relationships with top-performing creators
* Identify creators who should receive higher commissions, bonuses, or additional products
* Track affiliate GMV, sales, videos, and creator performance
* Research winning TikTok Shop videos in skincare, beauty, baby, and wellness
* Identify winning hooks, angles, formats, demos, and CTAs
* Turn winning videos into clear creator briefs
* Help creators produce variations of proven concepts
* Monitor competitors and bring us new growth ideas

We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, organized, and resourceful.

Experience with tools such as Kalodata, FastMoss, Euka, Reacher, Refunnel, Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, and TikTok Affiliate Center is a plus.

Experience with skincare, beauty, baby, wellness, or other consumer products is preferred.

Hours + Opportunity

This will begin as a paid 3-month trial at approximately 20 hours per week.

We will evaluate performance based on affiliate growth, videos generated, sales, GMV, creator performance, and overall TikTok Shop management.

If the role is generating enough measurable growth and revenue to justify expanding it, there is an opportunity to move into a full-time, long-term position.
