About CCIA:
Chris Corzo Injury Attorneys is a Louisiana personal injury firm helping injured people secure maximum recovery at speed with felt care. We ranked No. 1,592 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 and No. 80 on the 2026 Inc. Regionals: Southeast.
About the role:
Use AI to transform what a law firm can achieve.
Our ambition is to continually expand what CCIA can accomplish while radically reducing the time, cost, and human effort required, wherever that produces greater risk-adjusted long-term profit.
You will study both AI and CCIA, identify the opportunities with the greatest expected impact relative to alternatives, and personally help turn approved priorities into dependable results. Not more AI for its own sake. The most valuable change next.
This is a hands-on principal engineering role reporting to our Technology Leader, with delegated authority over AI architecture and technical methods.
What you’ll own:
Discover: Continuously research and test AI capabilities, and learn CCIA’s workflows, economics, constraints, and biggest opportunities.
Prioritize: Recommend the highest-impact opportunities and sequence using expected long-term profit, cost, risk, dependencies, and speed to value.
Select: Compare buying, configuring, integrating, building, or waiting. Run the smallest useful test when uncertainty matters.
Deliver: Personally architect, build, integrate, and deploy approved AI solutions, including agentic systems.
Protect: Establish appropriate permissions, evaluations, tests, monitoring, failure recovery, and documentation.
Verify: Work with process owners on adoption and measurable business results; distinguish estimated savings from realized benefit.
Multiply capability: Teach the team, share discoveries, and improve how CCIA develops and operates AI.
What success looks like:
The highest-value opportunities move into reliable use. Results are measured, commitments are met, blockers surface early, and systems remain understandable and maintainable.
Who fits:
You are deeply immersed in AI, independently curious, commercially minded, and technically strong. You challenge assumptions, explain clearly, and own results from discovery through sustained use.
Our values: Own the Results; High Achievers; United Around Shared Success; Prudence, Fortitude, & Temperance.
Who will struggle:
Someone who wants only assigned tickets, research without delivery, or impressive demos without dependable operation and business value.
Experience and qualifications:
Required:
Proven end-to-end delivery and operation of production AI, including a tool-using LLM agent performing real work for actual users.
Strong Python or TypeScript, plus APIs, databases, authentication, Git, testing, and deployment.
Practical command of retrieval, tool use, state, evaluation, and production reliability.
Sound business judgment and clear written and spoken English.
We assess demonstrated capability, not a fixed number of years or a particular degree.
Preferred: Technical leadership, sensitive-data environments, and Filevine, Microsoft 365, or Google Cloud experience.
Compensation:
USD $4,500–$6,500/month, based on demonstrated capability. Exceptional candidates above this range may state their expectations. Final compensation and engagement terms will be agreed in writing.
How to apply:
Apply through OnlineJobs.ph with the subject “CCIA Principal AI,” your resume, and one relevant work sample or sanitized case study. Complete the survey linked above and answer:
Survey completed? State “Done” only after completing it.
Which CCIA value describes your work? Give one concrete example.
What recent AI capability did you independently test, and what did you learn?
Describe one production agent you personally delivered: the problem, your contribution, business result, and how you handled failures.
State your location, compensation expectation, earliest start date, and availability for the stated schedule.
Keep answers 2–4 to approximately 300 words combined. Shortlisted candidates complete a technical walkthrough, reference checks, and a scoped paid exercise. AI-assisted work is welcome; you must explain and verify it. Do not share confidential materials.
