JOB OVERVIEW

We run several DTC ecommerce brands selling internationally and we're hiring a Senior Media Buyer to manage and scale our paid campaigns (mainly Meta Ads; TikTok Ads and Google Ads are a plus).

This is NOT a junior or mid-level role. Read the requirements carefully before applying.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of hands-on media buying for ecommerce / DTC brands (physical products sold online). No lead gen, no local businesses, no info products, no "I ran ads for my cousin's shop".
Proven experience managing HIGH budgets: at least $50,000/month in ad spend on a single account, sustained over time. You will be asked to prove this.
Strong command of ROAS, MER, CPA, AOV, break-even ROAS, creative testing frameworks, scaling structures (ASC, CBO/ABO, budget scaling rules) and account restructuring.
Ability to analyze creative performance and give clear briefs/feedback to the video team.
Fluent English, fast communication, available during our working hours.

PROOF OF RESULTS – MANDATORY

Provide at least 2 verifiable references (brand owners or agency managers) with contact details.
We will run thorough verification: cross-checking dates, account names, data consistency, and calling references.
Do NOT upload other people's screenshots, edited images or results altered with ChatGPT/AI tools. Anyone caught faking results will be reported to OnlineJobs.ph and blacklisted.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Full ownership of paid campaigns across several stores: launch, testing, optimization and scaling.
Daily monitoring of spend, ROAS/MER and CPA; fast decisions on cutting/scaling.
Structuring creative testing cycles and requesting creatives from our video team.
Weekly performance reporting with clear numbers and next actions.
