Lead Nurturing & CRM Assistant

Salary: $6.00–$8.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM PDT
Employment: Part-Time
Remote

We're hiring an experienced Lead Nurturing & CRM Assistant to manage incoming leads, maintain consistent follow-up, and help convert interested prospects into scheduled appointments.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in lead nurturing, CRM management, lead qualification, and customer/patient outreach who is organized, proactive, and confident communicating through phone, email, SMS, and social media.

What You'll Do

* Follow up with incoming leads via **phone, email, SMS, and social media
* Build rapport, nurture, and qualify prospective patients
* Guide qualified leads toward scheduling appointments
* Re-engage old or inactive leads
* Manage and organize the CRM and lead pipeline
* Track lead status, follow-ups, appointments, and next steps
* Manage email/SMS follow-up sequences and automations
* Respond to social media inquiries and direct messages
* Support lead re-engagement campaigns
* Use ClickUp or similar tools to manage tasks and workflows
* Ensure leads receive consistent follow-up and don't fall through the cracks

MUST-HAVE Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in lead nurturing, sales support, lead qualification, patient acquisition, appointment setting, or a similar role

Hands-on experience using and managing CRM systems

Experience following up and communicating with leads via phone, email, and/or SMS

Strong lead qualification and relationship-building skills

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple leads

Proactive and confident learning new CRM, EHR, and workflow systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare or patient acquisition experience
* Appointment-setting experience
* Experience with CRM automations and email/SMS sequences
* ClickUp or similar project-management experience
* Social media lead management experience
* Experience with lead re-engagement campaigns
