JOB OVERVIEW

If you are a genuine sales professional who knows how to prospect, communicate, think on your feet and close, we want to hear from you.

If you are only good on paper, this probably won’t be the right role.

We are looking for real-world experience, confidence, initiative and someone who is naturally strong in sales.

To be considered, you must submit a full professional portfolio with your application.

We want to see more than a standard resume.

Your portfolio should be clean, professional and easy to review, and must include:

A clear professional photo
Full name and location
Contact details
Short professional introduction
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
Industries, products or services you have sold
Experience selling to Australian businesses
Experience in VA services, offshore staffing, outsourcing, recruitment or B2B services
Your strongest sales achievements and results
Lead generation and prospecting experience
Cold calling, appointment setting and closing experience
CRM and sales tools you have used
Examples of campaigns, scripts, outreach or sales strategies you have created
Availability during Australian business hours
Expected hourly rate
At least 2 professional references
Any certificates, awards, targets achieved or proof of performance that strengthens your application

We want to see who you are, what you have actually done and what results you can produce.

WE WILL TEST YOUR SKILLS

Getting through the application is only the first step.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete practical assessments designed to show us how you actually perform.

This may include:

A live sales role-play
Objection handling
Prospecting and lead-generation tasks
Writing a personalized outreach message
Building a short sales approach for a real Australian business
Demonstrating how you would qualify and close a prospect
Reference and experience checks

We are not interested in rehearsed answers alone.

We want to see how you think, how you speak, how you handle pressure and whether you can actually sell.
