JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Contract / Part-Time with opportunity to grow

We are looking for an experienced **Meta Ads Specialist** to manage and scale paid advertising across our own ecommerce brands and selected ecommerce clients.

Required
- 5+ years experience working with Meta Ads
- 5+ years experience working with lingerie/swimwear for women and men successfully.

*NOTE: This is not an entry-level media buying role. Do not apply if you are new to Meta Ads +Ecommerce.
* Proof of work will be required, and a reference check will be done.

A major part of this position will involve managing a swimwear brand specialising in micro bikinis and bold swimwear. It is a challenging Meta account that requires someone who understands both **ecommerce performance marketing and Meta's advertising policies around swimwear, lingerie, body exposure and suggestive creative**.

For this reason, **previous hands-on experience running Meta Ads for a bikini, swimwear, lingerie or closely related fashion brand is required.**

## What You Will Be Responsible For

You will take ownership of Meta advertising across multiple accounts, including:

* Developing Meta Ads strategies based on revenue, ROAS, CPA and profitability targets
* Managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
* Structuring and optimising campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and existing customer audiences
* Managing Advantage+ Shopping, manual campaigns and testing structures where appropriate
* Developing systematic creative testing strategies
* Identifying winning creatives, hooks, offers, audiences and landing pages
* Scaling profitable campaigns while controlling CPA and maintaining efficiency
* Analysing performance across campaign, ad set and individual creative level
* Monitoring attribution and comparing Meta performance against Shopify, GA4 and other available data
* Working with our creative and ecommerce teams to develop new advertising concepts
* Providing clear briefs for static ads, video ads, UGC and other creative assets
* Identifying account issues before they become expensive problems
* Keeping up with changes to Meta's advertising platform, algorithms and policies
* Ensuring ad accounts do not get flagged for violations or get banned
* Producing concise performance reports with clear recommendations and next actions

## Swimwear Brand – A Key Part of This Role, requires a more experienced media buyer than a conventional ecommerce account.

The brand operates within a category where Meta can interpret certain bikini imagery as overly sexualised or restricted, even when the products themselves are legitimate swimwear.

You will need to understand how to:

* Advertise swimwear and revealing fashion while remaining within Meta advertising policies
* Identify which creatives are likely to trigger disapprovals or account restrictions
* Develop advertising concepts that maintain the identity of a bold brand without unnecessarily increasing policy risk
* Separate organic brand creative from paid-media-safe creative where required
* Work around limited creative options without producing bland advertising
* Troubleshoot rejected ads and account restrictions
* Scale a fashion brand where visual creative is one of the primary drivers of performance
* Develop creative angles that appeal to different customer segments while protecting the account

We are **not** looking for someone to simply upload whatever creative is supplied and wait to see whether Meta approves it. We need someone who understands the platform well enough to anticipate problems and develop solutions.

## You Must Have

* Proven experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce businesses
* **Previous experience advertising a bikini, swimwear, lingerie or closely related brand**
* Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
* Strong understanding of Meta advertising policies relating to fashion, swimwear, lingerie and suggestive content
* Experience managing ecommerce conversion campaigns
* Experience with Shopify-based businesses
* Strong understanding of ROAS, MER, CPA, CPM, CTR, CVR, AOV and customer acquisition economics
* Experience testing and scaling creatives systematically
* Ability to interpret performance data rather than relying solely on Meta's recommendations
* Experience managing multiple advertising accounts
* Strong written communication and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance

## Highly Regarded

Experience with any of the following would be valuable:

* Women's fashion or apparel
* Intimate apparel
* Bridal Brand
* Gifting
* Beauty or lifestyle ecommerce
* UGC advertising
* Creative strategy
* Klaviyo
* GA4
* Shopify analytics
* Landing-page optimisation
* Conversion-rate optimisation
* International ecommerce campaigns
* Australian and US ecommerce markets

## What We Are Not Looking For

This role will not suit someone whose experience consists primarily of:

* Boosting social media posts
* Lead generation for local service businesses
* Organic social media management
* Following automated Meta recommendations without independent analysis
* Running one campaign structure across every account
* Reporting vanity metrics without understanding commercial performance

We need a **performance-focused ecommerce media buyer** who understands that creative, merchandising, offers, website conversion and paid media all influence results.

## What Success Looks Like

You will be expected to understand each business commercially, not simply operate Ads Manager.

That means being able to look at an account and explain:

**What is working?
What is not working?
Why?
What should we test next?
What should we stop spending money on?
Where is the opportunity to scale?**

You should be comfortable challenging assumptions and recommending changes when the data supports them.

## About The Businesses

We are a brisbane based marketing & Development agency with a number of Australian Ecommerce Clients. You will work across a mix of internally owned brands and ecommerce clients covering areas such as fashion, bridal, gifting, retail and specialist ecommerce.

You will work closely with a team covering ecommerce strategy, Shopify development, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, design and conversion optimisation.

This gives you access to the wider ecommerce operation rather than being expected to solve every performance problem through advertising alone.

## How To Apply

Please include:

1. A short introduction outlining your Meta Ads experience.
2. The **swimwear, bikini, lingerie or intimate-apparel brands you have previously managed**.
3. Approximate monthly Meta ad spend you have personally managed.
4. Examples of ecommerce accounts you have successfully grown.
5. The markets you have advertised in.
6. Your experience dealing with Meta ad disapprovals, restricted creative or account restrictions.
7. Your approach to creative testing.
8. The metrics you use to determine whether an ecommerce account is performing well.
9. Your availability and preferred working arrangement.

Please include screenshots, case studies or performance data demonstrating results.

**Applications without relevant ecommerce Meta Ads experience will not be considered.

Previous experience within swimwear, bikinis, lingerie or a closely related category is essential.**
