Job Title: SAP & Workday HCM Consultant (Integration Specialist)Location: Taguig City (100% Remote) Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: DayshiftSalary: Open / Negotiable (Commensurate with experience) About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in both SAP HCM and Workday Human Capital Management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless workforce data management and executing cross-platform system integrations. You will maintain HR mini-master data structures, analyze integration flows between SAP HCM and Workday, and ensure strict compliance with HR data governance and operational standards across global landscapes. Key ResponsibilitiesData & Process Management: Manage and maintain HR mini-master data structures and related business processes within SAP HCM. System Integration: Analyze, design, and support integrations between SAP HCM and Workday (or other enterprise HR platforms). Issue Resolution & Quality: Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while ensuring end-to-end data quality and consistency across systems. Enhancements & Testing: Lead system enhancements, support end-to-end testing activities, manage defect resolution, and drive continuous process improvements. Data Governance: Enforce compliance with enterprise HR data governance, data security, and operational standards. QualificationsCore Functional Knowledge: Strong functional expertise in SAP HCM and core Workday HCM processes. Master Data & Lifecycle: Proven experience working with HR mini-master data and employee lifecycle workflows. Integration Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience integrating SAP HCM with Workday or comparable enterprise HR platforms. Testing & Quality: Proven track record supporting end-to-end testing, defect management, and deployment activities. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with ShapeIn methodology and processes. In-depth understanding of how Workday business logic and data structures map/translate into SAP HCM. Experience working in global HR system landscapes, data migrations, and digital transformation programs. Compensation & SetupSalary: Open / Negotiable based on technical capabilities and background. Schedule: Fixed Dayshift schedule.Work Arrangement: 100% Work-from-Home / Remote (Taguig City entity).
