About us
The Kove by NĀGA is the newest addition to the NĀGA family — a beach bar landing at Cove 2, Boracay Newcoast, and the sister venue to NĀGA Siargao's well-loved island dining spot. We're building something fresh from the ground up, and we need someone who can run the show day-to-day while keeping the vibe as good as the service.

What you'll be doing

Running the floor and the back-of-house — making sure every shift is smooth and every guest leaves happy
Training, and scheduling the team
Keeping inventory tight, managing suppliers, and staying on top of costs
Owning the numbers — daily sales, budgets, cost of goods
Setting the tone for service that actually feels like NĀGA
Working closely with the Siargao team on launch pushes and ongoing promos
Handling guest issues when they come up, and turning first-timers into regulars
Running POS, cash handling, and reporting
Getting hands-on with pre-opening setup

What you bring

Solid experience running a bar, restaurant, or hospitality venue (GM, Ops Manager, or similar)
You know how to build and lead a team from the ground up
Comfortable with P&L, inventory, and cost control — this isn't just a "vibes" role
Bonus points if you know your way around PH hospitality permits and BIR requirements
Good communicator — you'll be working with local staff and a remote marketing/leadership team
Based in Boracay
Flexible schedule — nights, weekends, holidays are part of the deal
You genuinely enjoy beach bar culture and making people's night
