JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing ecommerce company running paid ads on Meta and TikTok every day across multiple markets and languages. Most of our creatives are produced with AI. We are looking for ONE complete profile: a person who can both CREATE videos with AI tools and EDIT them into high-converting ads, at HIGH VOLUME. Full time, long term.

This is a production role. We need a LOT of videos every week: new ads, new hooks, new avatars, new languages, and many variations of winning ads. If you like doing one polished video per day, this is not for you. If you are fast, organized and can produce all day without losing quality, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Produce video ads from start to finish, every day: brief/script → AI generation → editing → final export
- Create UGC-style videos with AI: AI actors/avatars, talking-head videos, product b-roll, lifestyle scenes (tools like Arcads, HeyGen, Veo, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs — we pay for the subscriptions)
- Generate AI voiceovers in several languages (we give you the scripts and translations)
- Edit in CapCut (or Premiere): strong hooks in the first 3 seconds, cuts every 2–4 sec, captions, sound design, pattern interrupts
- Mass-produce variations of winning ads: new hooks, new intros, new avatars, different lengths, different languages
- Export in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1, named and organized so the media buyers can launch immediately
- Occasionally create static image ads with AI + Canva/Photoshop

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience creating AI videos for ads (this is a must, not a plus). You must show us AI-generated videos YOU made
- 2+ years editing paid social / UGC ads for ecommerce or dropshipping brands
- CapCut Pro (Premiere/After Effects a plus)
- You understand direct response: hooks, retention, why an ad converts
- Speed and organization: you can work with templates, batches and clear naming to produce a high number of ads per week
- Good written English
- Strong PC and reliable internet
- At least 4 hours overlap with 9am–6pm Dubai time (GMT+4)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with image AI (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Flux)
- Experience with VSLs and long-form ads
- Basic motion graphics

WHAT WE OFFER
