JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We're The Kindness Collective, a beauty/spa business looking for a self-starting assistant who can take an idea and run with it. You'll handle marketing, content, and the systems behind our bookings.

What you'll do:

Own projects end to end. I share an idea and what I want included; you figure out how it runs, set the rules/process so it's smooth, and estimate costs if needed.
Edit reels fast. Same-day or next-day turnaround for Instagram/TikTok/Facebook.
Grow our visibility. Run like/share promos, giveaways, and engagement campaigns, and track results.
Improve our Google ranking. Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and helping us show up higher when people search for our services.
Branding. We have our colors; help us refine the brand, logo, and website so we're more recognizable.
Website updates. Bring creative ideas and make improvements.
Booking automations. Set up intake forms that send automatically when an appointment is booked (new clients, updating when needed).
Upsell add-ons. Create an automated message the day before appointments offering add-ons (e.g., wax or facial).
Place orders for supplies/products as needed.
Audit and improve. Look at how we do things and suggest better ways.
You're a fit if you:

Speak English fluently with a clear American/neutral accent (required)
Take initiative and don't need hand-holding
Can edit short-form video quickly (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Know local SEO and Google Business Profile
Have design skills (Canva/Figma/Adobe) for branding and social graphics
Have worked with booking systems and automations (Square, Zapier, etc.)
Communicate clearly and on time
Bonus: experience with beauty, spa, or salon businesses
Schedule: 20 hrs/week, Central Time.
Pay: $350–$500/month (part-time), based on experience
