JOB OVERVIEW

Own the voice and quality of everything we publish for our clients, and d ---------- what is good enough to ship.

Rohring Results is a US marketing agency of about thirty people. We run SEO, paid advertising, social and creative, content, web development and custom software for businesses across the US, many of them home-services and local companies. Our delivery team works from the Philippines.

We are direct about how our content gets made. We built an AI writing engine, and it drafts. You optimize the draft, check it is true, and d ---------- whether it ships. That takes more range and judgment than writing from scratch, and this post asks for both.

You will work across blog and SEO content, website copy, email campaigns, press releases and FAQs, for a mix of clients with documented brand voices. You work with SEO, web, social and strategy, not inside one team.

What you will do

-Edit AI drafts for voice, substance, accuracy and brief fit, then make the ship call.
-Build and send client email campaigns from a strategy brief.
-Write and refine website copy, press releases and FAQs.
-Keep the reference examples that define good output for each client.
-Write our house style guide and per-client voice notes.

What we are looking for

-3+ years of copywriting, with samples in SEO content, email and web copy.
-A clear editorial standard you can explain and defend.
-You catch an invented statistic in a polished draft.
-You can hold several client voices at once.
-You work well from detailed briefs and run your own queue.
-Excellent written English for US readers.

Nice to have

Agency experience. Press releases. Owning a style guide. Systematic AI output review. WordPress. ActiveCampaign or similar email platforms.

How we work

-Remote, Philippines-based. Core hours are 9am–1pm Philippine Time every workday. The rest of your hours are flexible within the same day.

-Time tracking. We track hours in Hubstaff against client projects, so each client gets the time they pay for. It also records activity data, and we do not use that to judge how well you do your job.

-AI is part of the work. We use AI tools across the company. We want people who use them well and check what comes back, not people who trust them blindly or refuse to use them.

We are still building. Some of our processes are newer than we would like. You will help shape how this work runs, not only follow a finished playbook.

How to apply

Send your applications to ---------- with your CV, send short answers (a paragraph each) to these questions. We read these first; they tell us more than a cover letter.

1. Share three samples: one SEO article, one email, one web page. For one of them, tell us what you changed in editing and why.

2. You get a draft that is clean, on-brief and well structured, and you think it is bad. How do you explain that to the person waiting on it?

Applications without the answers will not be reviewed.
