FULL-TIME SEO & GEO GROWTH MANAGER

We are looking for an extremely driven, experienced, and resourceful SEO & GEO Growth Manager to work with us full-time.

This is NOT a role for someone who only knows how to write blog posts, install an SEO plugin, or run basic keyword research.

I need someone I can genuinely rely on to take ownership of our entire organic presence and aggressively grow both my personal brand and my companies across Google, ChatGPT, AI search engines, podcasts, websites, and the broader internet.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You will take ownership of:

* Full SEO strategy for multiple company websites
* Technical SEO audits and implementation
* On-page SEO
* Off-page SEO
* Keyword research and content strategy
* High-quality backlink acquisition
* Competitor backlink analysis
* Digital PR and authority building
* Podcast outreach and getting me booked as a guest
* Finding interview, article, press, and collaboration opportunities
* Building citations and brand mentions across reputable websites
* Google Business Profile optimization and management
* Reputation and review strategy
* Local SEO where applicable
* Website SEO health and optimization
* Monitoring rankings, traffic, indexing, and conversions
* Google Search Console
* Google Analytics
* Schema / structured data
* Internal linking
* Content briefs and content optimization
* Link-building outreach
* Identifying and fixing technical SEO problems

You should also understand or be actively experienced in:

GEO — Generative Engine Optimization
AEO — Answer Engine Optimization
AI Search Optimization

I want our brands and my name to become more visible when people search relevant questions inside platforms such as:

* ChatGPT
* Google AI Overviews
* Perplexity
* Claude
* Gemini
* Other AI-powered search engines

You should understand how brand authority, third-party mentions, authoritative backlinks, entity signals, structured data, content, citations, PR, and digital footprint can influence visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES OWNERSHIP

I do not want to constantly tell you what to do.

I want someone who can look at our current presence, identify weaknesses, create a strategy, explain the strategy to me, and then execute it.

If something is wrong with one of our websites, I expect you to find it.

If competitors are outranking us, I expect you to figure out why.

If there are podcast opportunities, backlink opportunities, directories, PR opportunities, or websites we should be featured on, I expect you to find them and pursue them.

You should constantly be thinking:

“How do we make this company and founder impossible to ignore online?”

EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

You MUST have a proven track record.
