? **We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant**
? Remote | ? 6:00 PM–2:00 AM Philippine Time
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to review client books, support our bookkeeping team, and work with US clients across multiple industries.
Experience with Thomson Reuters Accounting CS nice to have, but strong senior-level accountants with other accounting-system experience may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
* Review reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial statements.
* Identify and resolve accounting issues.
* Guide bookkeepers and review their work.
* Support client onboarding and documentation.
* Assist with the transition from desktop to hosted Accounting CS.
* Communicate with clients and coordinate accounting matters with payroll.
* Support team training and quality control.
Requirements:
* Strong senior-level US accounting/bookkeeping experience.
* Experience reviewing other bookkeepers’ work.
* Strong knowledge of JEs, accruals, fixed assets, loans, payroll reconciliations, and month/year-end close.
* Strong Excel and analytical skills.
* Accounting CS experience is nice to have. State in your Subject if you have experience and/or in your cover letter.
* Strong written and spoken English.
