CFO Role - FMCG - Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines.


FMCG sector
Financial strategy & planning
Budgeting & forecasting
Cash flow, cost control, profitability
Risk management & internal controls
Regulatory compliance, tax, audits, corporate governance
M&A / due diligence / integration
Team leadership & mentoring
Stakeholder management (investors, auditors, banks)
SAP / financial systems
Digital transformation
Non-Negotiables
Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
Minimum 17 -26 years of progressive financial leadership experience
At least 8–10 years specifically in FMCG or B2C Manufacturing companies.
Deep FMCG operations knowledge (supply chain, pricing, market dynamics)
Proven financial planning, analysis & corporate strategy expertise
Track record leading large teams / cross-functional initiatives
Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
