JOB OVERVIEW

Ackee Tree Studios is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Accounts Manager to join our remote team.

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing assigned accounts, monitoring performance, coordinating with internal teams, tracking KPIs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee assigned accounts
- Monitor account performance, sales, and key metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations
- Track KPIs, targets, and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and growth
- Communicate updates, issues, and recommendations to management
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
- Assist with developing and implementing account growth strategies
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively

Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, or teams
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and reports
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable internet connection and remote-work setup
- Experience in the creator economy, social media, or digital marketing is an advantage

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, communicate effectively, work independently, and proactively identify ways to improve account performance.
